FOR USA ORDERS THE SHIPPING POLICY IS BELOW. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY HAVE A HIGHER SHIPPING FEE THAN BELOW.
A. SHIPPING COSTS :
All orders under $120 have flat-rate shipping for $6.9.
Free shipping for all orders over $120.
All figures and prices are in US dollars.
B. TRANSIT, HANDLING, AND ORDER CUT OFF TIME :
Shipments are in transit for 3 – 5 days (Monday to Sunday). The order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Central Standard Time (Texas). Order handling time is 0-1 work day (Monday to Friday).
C. CARRIER :
We utilize USPS to ship all items.
D. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS :
We can’t change the shipping address once it is in transit. Assuming that you really want to change please email us your request, kindly reach out to us within the span of 24 hours of submitting your request at [email protected].
E. TRACKING :
When your order has shipped, your package will have a tracking number which you can follow until it is delivered to you.
F. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT :
If you find a package damaged in transit, kindly check with the mailman and reach out to our client support.
